R.S.V.P., Inc. is a partner in THE CAPITAL PROJECT, a regional partnership to promote employment of TANF recipients in Richmond City, Henrico County, Chesterfield County, and Colonial Heights.
GOAL
R.S.V.P., Inc.'s goal as a member of the THE CAPITAL PROJECT is to increase the number of TANF recipients entering gainful employment and to insure all necessary supports are available to increase employment retention, earnings, and benefits.
SERVICES
- Comprehensive Screening & Assessments including Diagnostic services
- Medical Case Management and Assistance applying for SSI/SSDI
- Intensive Work Readiness
- On-site work experience provinding essential work skills
- Disability Focused Employment Services
- Post Employment Services that include Job Coaching, Mentoring and Incentives
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
TANF recipients who participate in VIEW (Virginia Initiative for Employment) not Welfare
TANF recipients who are VIEW-Exempt
TANF recipients who are Transitional TANF
