SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM

Since 1994, R.S.V.P., Inc. has been working to help people with disabilities to find jobs. R.S.V.P., Inc.'s Supported Employment personnel have education and experience in Rehabilitation Counseling, Supported Employment, or related fields, and are actively engaged in obtaining and maintaining appropriate training and credentials to serve our consumers and customers effectively. We adhere to the highest pofessional ethics and standards of practice in the rehabilitation field, while upholding the company's philosophy of providing a dedicated service and responsiveness in a cost effective manner.
The Supported Employment Program provides employment and support services to persons with disabilities. Our goal is to assist program participants to successfully achieve and maintain competitive employment in community-based, integrated settings, with opportunities for ongoing support. We believe in a team approach in the provision of services, and we will work closely with Department of Rehabilitative Services (DRS) Counselors, Community Service Board (CSB) Case Managers, or other stakeholders to provide services consistent with the goals established for the consumers with whom we work.
We have established good working relationships with many and various employers throughout Virginia, including leading companies in every sector of the economy in the geographic areas we serve.

Services: Job Development, Job Supports, and Job Site Training
and in Employment Planning Services.
